Vágyba burkolózott csendes este,
csillagfény simult a szívemre,
villámfény rajzolt titkos jelet,
az ég is együtt dobbant veled.
Az eső áztatta a szomjas földet,
a szél magával sodorta a csöndet,
szemünkben ezer kimondatlan szó élt,
míg a hold ezüstje fölénk hajolva elkísért.
Ködbe veszett minden távoli zaj,
csak két lélek őrizte a halk sóhajt,
míg az éj lassan hajnalba ért,
a szerelem csendje bennünk élt.

The silence of love
The evening wrapped itself in robes of longing,
while starlight softly rested on my heart.
A flash of lightning drew its secret message,
and even the heavens beat in time with you.
The rain embraced the thirsty earth below,
the wind swept every trace of silence on,
within our eyes a thousand words remained unspoken,
while the silver moon leaned down and guided us along.
Every distant sound dissolved into the mist,
only two souls guarded a quiet sigh,
as the night surrendered slowly to the dawn,
the silence of love lived on within our hearts.
